1 The Trust can only award grants to women. This precludes husbands, partners,
1 children, or other members of your family.

2 If you are intending to convalesce in shared accommodation, eg your family are
2 going with you, please indicate on the form, the amount in respect of yourself only.

3 Before returning the form to us please ensure all the questions have been
3 answered and you have provided your full details.  Failure to do so may result
3 in a delay to your application.

3 Grants will only be considered towards the cost of convalescence in appropriate
3 accomodation or for domestic help to enable convalescence at home.

4 Applications are sent out to three of the Trustees separately, in batches so you
3 may not have a response immediately. However, we do respond to every application.
