Providing that you are FEMALE and have been in PAID EMPLOYMENT
at some time, FACT can award a grant to help with the cost of getting
better following an illness or accident.
Grants can be used towards the cost of:
- Convalescence in appropriate accomodation
- Domestic help to aid recovery at home
- Receiving therapy from Health Professions Council (HPC) registered specialist.
Types of therapy covered include:
- Physiotherapy
- Occupational therapists
- Speech therapists
- Chiropodists / podiatrists
- Counselling
